If you need more information than given, please contact our customer service. Find contact information under Contact.

I have already ordered - can I change the order?

Only if the order has not been packed.

We are packing orders all day and we need to have any changes as soon as possible to make changes. If we cannot change the order, you always have the opportunity to use your day right of withdrawal.

Do I need to order online?

If your wish to purchase items via, you need to place your order online.

Can you tell me, where I can purchase a particular Dévier studios product?

We recommend you contact one of our stores. Go to Store Finder to locate your nearest store.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

If you receive defect or damaged items, please contact us immediately. You can find contact information here.

You must provide notice of any lack of conformity of purchase no later than two years from the purchase date.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order here 

The product i bought is now on sale. Do I get the difference?

 We are sorry, but we cannot pay the difference on discounted products.

New customer - How do I order?

All products on can be purchased online right now! 

  • Click on the product you want.
  • Click on the color and size.
  • Click on "add to bag".

You can easily add more items to your shopping bag, simply follow the procedure as described. 

When you are done shopping. 

  • Click on the bag in top right corner.
  • Click on "Checkout".

You will now see a summary of your order.

To accept the summary.

  • Click on "Checkout" inside the summary. 
  • Enter your information along with your prefered shipping method and payment method.
  • Click on "Continue to Payment".
  • Click on your credit card type and fill in the informations.

Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check that it matches your order and that your address is correct. If it doesn’t match, please contact us.

Can I pick up my products directly from your warehouse?

It is not possible to pick up orders directly from our warehouse.

When will I receive my purchase(s)?

For shipping information, please go to shipping.

Please note, that during campaigns and sale, delivery time can be longer, both within and outside Denmark.

I am not home when my package arrives. What do I do?

PostNord or GLS will put a note in your mailbox and you can retrieve your package at your local post office, store or PostNord Parcelbox/GLS ParcelShop.

Who holds any additional expenses in form of import duty or taxes?

Any customs and import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

The right to withdraw

When shopping at, you as a customer, have 2 x 14 days to complete your withdrawal. The period starts from the day you receive the purchase.

  • Within the first period of 14 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order.
  • After informing us, you have 14 days further to return your order to our Online Store.

When do you withdraw the money?

We do not withdraw any money until the dispatch of the order.

In which currencies can I pay?

You can pay with the following currency

All prices are incl. VAT.

How do I pay?

Before payment, you will be informed about, what products you have ordered and at what price.
When you select a payment method, you will be sent to a secure website on Adyen, where you must enter:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Control Number

(If you fill out the fields incorrect, your purchases on will not be implemented.)

The amount will not be drawn from your account until the dispatch of the products from our warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after by email and it will be shipped along with your order.

Is it safe to shop online?

Once you come to the payment option in the checkout, you will automatically be directed to a secure server on Architrade. From then on, all information between you and the server is encrypted with SSL (Secure Secret Layer) encryption. This is to ensure that no one can see the information, you send. To ensure maximum security, PBS has approved secured the transmission. When you are in the safe zone, your browser window will display a small "Secure Server" icon. On Internet Explorer and Firefox, this little icon is a padlock.

We will never ask for a signature or PIN on Whether you shop online or in a store, it is expressively your signature, which is legally binding.
